Help me reproduce a measuring problem
A useful report describes what happened and what you expected. Include:
- Your device model, browser and operating system.
- Whether you were in portrait or landscape, and whether browser zoom or display scaling had changed.
- The selected device preset or manual calibration values.
- The length of your reference object and the reading shown by the ruler.
- The steps that reproduce the problem, and a screenshot if it helps.
Please do not include passwords, advertising account credentials or private device identifiers. Check the troubleshooting guide first for scale and sensor problems.
